How are rental days counted?
From the signed delivery ticket through the day before pickup. Standby days come from signed standby tickets and bill at the standby rate.
What happens to invoices missing an AFE or PO?
They're drafted but held, with the reason on the invoice. Fix it on the rental and release the hold. Nothing goes to the operator until it's complete.
