Common questions
Can the agency see our invoices or payroll?
No. They only see the Marketing section of your account: posts, ads, budgets, reviews, results and messages. Your tickets, invoices, crew, payroll and hiring records stay private.
Who pays for the ads?
You do, on your own ad accounts and card. You set the monthly cap, and the owner approves every ad and any increase.
How is the agency paid?
Johnson Media bills you directly for their service. Stratorra charges only for the Marketing module.
Can we stop anytime?
Yes. Pause or end the partnership from Marketing settings and their access stops right away. Your pages, ad accounts and content stay yours.
